The Museum fr Fotografie is staging a 30-year retrospective of the controversial Dutch photographer Erwin Olaf. Curated by Christoph Ruys, the exhibition encompasses the artists independent photography and film as well as advertising commissions. The survey includes photographic series that unite art, fashion and emotion, such as Chessmen, 1988, Royal Bloodä“”, 2000 (illustrated right), on the theme of the death of the Princess of Wales, and Grief, 2007, as well as video installations.
