Ice Cream Sundae Recipes

Dusty Road

Dusty Road Ice Cream SundaeI had something similar to this when I was much younger at a confectionery that hand made chocolates and also had an ice cream sundae parlor inside the store. It was one of my favorite ice cream sundae recipes and I have tried to get as close as possible to the original creation.

3 average size scoops of vanilla ice cream
Malted milk powder
Maraschino Cherry on Top
Small amount of whipped cream
Place 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream in a dish similar to what a banana split is made in. An antique butter dish or small serving tray makes a good substitute as well. Drizzle the 3 sauces on the ice cream, one on each scoop. Sprinkle malt powder generously over all 3 scoops. Place a small dollop of whipped cream over each scoop and top with a cherry.

Independence Day

Independence Day Ice Cream Sundae 2 scoops vanilla ice cream Red Raspberry Dessert Sauce
Marshmallow creme
Wild Blueberry Syrup
Using a tulip shaped glass, pour a small amount of the wild blueberry syrup to the bottom. Place a scoop of ice cream in the glass. Add a dollop of marshmallow crème and another scoop of ice cream. Top with either a red raspberry or strawberry sauce on top. Top with whipped cream and a cherry if desired. A sprig of mint or fresh berries make a nice garnish as well.

Apple Cinnamon Delight
