Shocking Reason Behind Chiru's 'Padmabhushan'

It is known news that megastar Chiranjeevi is awarded the prestigious Padmabhushan but did you know that there is a big plan behind it? Well, there is something like that, say few sources. Well, the buzz is that the Padmabhushan award was the result of master mind Allu Aravind’s strong lobbying.

Now, the talk is that the reason for targeting the Padmabhushan award is something very interesting. Whenever an individual becomes a Padma award holder then IT folks don’t go near that person just like that. It is a very big process to go and raid the house of a Padma award winner by IT department. And Aravind knows at that time that a gush of big amount is going to come to Chiru’s house once he floats new party. Hence he has taken this precautionary measure. Wow! What a mastermind is Allu Aravind?!

The Indian government gives that as recognition to honour a person’s integrity and service mindedness. So it is next to impossible that the IT folks will conduct any raids. That’s why it is heard that Aravind joined hands with Dasari Narayana Rao and did that. A source close to Aravind revealed “Otherwise they will not do anything just like that.”

All About Separate Telangana: Kiran Kumar Reddy - KCR - Sonia Gandhi

That’s the first thought anyone is getting after looking at this combo of pictures. While CM Kiran Kumar Reddy is the ‘Kartha’ holding the power to take this state forward, KCR’s T-bomb has made him the most talked about person and he is riding high due to his ‘Karma’. As for Sonia madam, she is the one who should do the ‘Kriya’ of shaping the future of Telugus but is taking her time. That’s the fate of the Telugu land today…

Wait for three months and you will get to hear the announcement of 'Separate Telangana'

While nobody in the ruling Congress has any clue on how the Telangana issue will play out, the maverick Telangana leader and Handlooms and Textiles Minister Dr P Shankar Rao has come up with yet another gem of a prediction.

He said that the Centre would deliver Telangana state in three months.

“Wait for three months and you will get to hear the announcement,” the Minister said. He was advising the Telangana legislators not to submit resignation letters afresh.

“Since the UPA government is in the process of resolving the issue, there is no need for fresh resignations,” he said. This is not the time to put unnecessary pressure on the Centre on a sensitive issue like Telangana, Shankar Rao said.

The quirky Telangana Minister never fails to display his foot-in-the-mouth syndrome. The other day, he had boasted that he alone could get separate Telangana state delivered to the people. In his typical style, Shankar Rao had claimed that he could single-handedly negotiate with the Centre and convince the leadership to carve out separate state.

However, he put a rider that he would not go to Delhi as "part of the crowd" but in an individual capacity to achieve the goal.

"I will go alone and get the work done. I cannot go in a group," he declared. In fact, Dr Shankar had written a letter to the high command, offering his services to resolve the issue.

It is a different matter that he was never called for talks.

Why KCR didn't attend Yadi Reddy's Funeral?

Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhara Rao has once again displayed his feudalist mentality, for which he received a lot of criticism from all quarters in the past.

At a time when the suicide of Mandadi Yadi Reddy, a Telangana activist, in the heart of national capital of New Delhi on Wednesday, KCR had hardly come out from his shell and participate in the agitations for the Telangana cause.

While his son K T Rama Rao and nephew T Harish Rao went all the way to New Delhi to bring the body of Yadi Reddy, KCR has not found time even to visit the dead body and floral tribute to the departed youth.

Several Telangana protagonists, cutting across all political parties, went to Peddamangalaram village of Moinabad mandal in Ranga Reddy district to pay last respects to Yadi Reddy and attend the funeral of this Telangana martyr, KCR stayed back in the air-conditioned room his house watching the whole episode on television.

Even revolutionary singer Gaddar had walked down through the streets of the village and sang songs praising Yadi Reddy’s sacrifice. And what happened to KCR?

Harish Rao slaps AP Bhavan Staff - Excl. Video

With the Congress high command appearing to reject the Telangana statehood demand, frustration is growing among the Telangana leaders, so much that they are giving vent to their anger and frustration even against lower-rung Andhra officials.

On Thursday, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi legislator T Harish Rao displayed his anger at an official of the Andhra Pradesh Bhavan in New Delhi by slapping him repeatedly.

Harish Rao, along with other TRS leaders including K T Rama Rao, Etela Rajender and former MP B Vinod Kumar to carry the body of Yadi Reddy, a youth who hanged himself near Parliament for the sake of Telangana, back to Hyderabad.

The TRS leaders and the Telangana Congress MLAs, MPs and ministers were given the assurance that the body of Yadi Reddy would be first brought to AP Bhavan for paying floral tributes by Telangana supporters. However, the AP Bhavan officials took the body straightaway to the airport from the hospital, where the post-mortem was done.

This angered the Telangana leaders, who staged a dharna in front of the AP Bhavan. They gatecrashed into the Resident Commisisoner’s office and argued with the officials asking them why they had not allowed Yadi Reddy’s body into the AP Bhavan. In a fit of rage, Harish Rao went a step ahead and slapped the AP Bhavan official who said he had acted only as per the direction of the Resident Commissioner. He beat him mercilessly in full view of the cameras. He later spoke to the Commissioner and demanded an explanation.

The incident only reflects the anger of the Telangana activists, but it is unfortunate that they had attacked lower-rung officials.

'No Telangana' says Ghulam Nabi Azad - Is this final statement by Congress High Command?

It looks like the Congress high command has decided against granting separate statehood for Telangana. It was evident from yet another strong assertion from AICC in-charge of Andhra Pradesh affairs Ghulam Nabi Azad.

Even as his comments in China stating that the Telangana state formation is not possible without the consent of the Seemandhra people created flutters in the Telangana region, Azad dropped another bombshell on Tuesday saying that the people of Andhra Pradesh should learn to live together forever.

“You have been living together for decades. And you should learn to live together for centuries,” he said.

Azad further said he would talk to leaders of all the three regions on the Telangana issue.

“Only if there is a consensus among the leaders of all the three regions can we take a decision on state bifurcation issue,” he said.

His statements send the message loud and clear to the Telangana Congress leaders that there is no question of dividing the state under any circumstances. Now, one has to see the response of these leaders, who have softened their stubborn stand and decided to go to New Delhi for talks.

CM Kiran Kumar Reddy's New Convoy with Toyota Fortuner 3.0 Brand New

Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy might have proved himself the most ineffective Chief Minister the state has ever had, but he seems to be enjoying the position very much.

On Thursday, Kiran Kumar Reddy got a set of brand new vehicles -- Toyota Fortuner 3.0, in his convoy, including two with bullet proof facility and two remote jammer vehicles. The total cost of the new vehicles including the bullet proof doors and jammers, is said to be around Rs 4 crore.

This is the third time in the last seven years that the Chief Ministers were provided with new vehicles. After becoming Chief Minister, late Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy had replaced the earlier ambassador cars in his convoy with six Tata Safari cars.

In 2007, they were replaced with new black Mahindra Scorpio vehicles.

After YSR’s death in September 2009, his successor K Rosaiah did not go in for new set of vehicles, but continued with the same Scorpios, of course with changed numbers.

After the resignation of Rosaiah, Kiran Kumar Reddy took over as the Chief Minister on November 25 and has been using the same Scorpios since then. Now, he has replaced them with Toyota Fortuner 3.0 with Diesel Engine on the pretext of additional security features. The new vehicles are said to be safe in the situation of bomb attacks.
